– The Origins (1916 – 1960):
It all began in 1916 with great-grandfather Ramon Fa Fort. Coming from Lleida, he settled in the Maresme and, from the legendary Bar L’Esport on the Camí Ral, he began managing the first rural land transactions. In those days, value lay in the quarteres (land measures) and water wells, long before modern urban expansion.
– Consolidation (1973 – Present)
In 1973, Ramon Fa founded Fincas Fa S.L., adapting to the “property boom” and professionalizing the management of estates and insurance. Today, María Fa (Degree in Business Studies) leads a strong team that combines that inherited wisdom with the most efficient digital management. Joan Fa set up offices in Barcelona, on c. Aribau and later on Avda. Via Augusta, carrying out several transactions in the Barcelona blocks of the Pla Cerdà.
