We are not a franchise or an algorithm; we are the fourth generation of a family entirely dedicated to real estate services and community management. Our guarantee is not a slogan, it is the more than 100 years that back our family name.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>\u2013 The Origins (1916 &#8211; 1960): <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">It all began in 1916 with great-grandfather Ramon Fa Fort. Coming from Lleida, he settled in the Maresme and, from the legendary Bar L&#8217;Esport on the Cam\u00ed Ral, he began managing the first rural land transactions. In those days, value lay in the <em>quarteres<\/em> (land measures) and water wells, long before modern urban expansion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-pre-wrap leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\"><strong>\u2013 Consolidation (1973 \u2013 Present) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-pre-wrap leading-&#091;1.7&#093;\">In 1973, Ramon Fa founded Fincas Fa S.L., adapting to the &#8220;property boom&#8221; and professionalizing the management of estates and insurance. Today, Mar\u00eda Fa (Degree in Business Studies) leads a strong team that combines that inherited wisdom with the most efficient digital management. Joan Fa set up offices in Barcelona, on c. Aribau and later on Avda.
